Controlled Systems Corporation was established in 1971 as a HVAC piping contractor with an emphasis on service and maintenance of building systems and has provided outstanding mechanical construction service ever since.
In 1986 plumbing and fire protection were added to provide a complete package for our customers. Today we do over $7,000,000 annually in piping, plumbing, and fire protection. Our services range from small commercial service, (plugged toilets or leaking pipes) to total mechanical construction of new or remodeled schools, hospitals, or laboratories.
